HOW UTRISHA N WORKS
Utrisha N enters the plant through the leaves and rapidly colonizes them, making them its habitat. Thus, the microenvironment surrounding the leaves of the plant becomes Utrisha N’s habitat.
Utrisha N converts nitrogen from the air to ammonium through the nitrogenase complex. Nitrogenases are the enzymes used by the nitrogen-fixing bacteria Methylobacterium symbioticum to break down the molecular nitrogen present in the atmosphere. By combining this nitrogen with hydrogen, ammonium is formed.
In turn, the synthesis of amino acids derives from ammonium throughout the growing season. This means a constant flow of nitrogen and considerable energy savings for the plant.
In this way, Utrisha N guarantees the effective and controlled supply of nitrogen for the plant in a biological and sustainable way.
